Al Hokook also provides specialist supervised construction labor services, with a current database of more than 25,000 experienced personnel that includes former employees and external candidates, allowing us to undertake all types of construction, maintenance and shutdown contracts. The varied and multi-skilled workforce maximizes resource effectiveness in all types of activities, as well as lowering project recruitment costs and workload for HR and operations staff.

Safety

construction Al Hokook shares safety philosophy, which is interfaced with our client’s own safety policies and procedures. Al Hokook management is accountable for providing the safety process, practices, structure, equipment, supervision and training, so that employees and sub-contractors are free from the risk of workplace injury and illness.

Al Hokook workers act as defacto safety officers, required to report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to their Al Hokook site supervisor, or HSE staff from the client or Al Hokook. Workers have the right to stop Work whenever HSE violations are observed which could jeopardize the well being of personnel, equipment, or facilities.

Al Hokook gives achieving the highest standards of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) performance the utmost importance and makes this a key organizational objective. Improvement in safety procedures is constant, as we are continually auditing our sites and completing on-site work observations of our peers’ work practices. We recognize the benefits of effective OSHA management, both in human and economic terms.
